Answers from your knowledge base
CyroBot answers questions exclusively on the basis of the content you have recorded – it invents neither features nor facts.
- Semantic search finds the matching knowledge entries, even when the question is phrased differently.
- If the knowledge is missing, the bot says so honestly – instead of guessing or hallucinating.
- Follow-up questions are understood in the context of the conversation («And how do I change that?»).
Import knowledge instead of retyping it
Your content already exists somewhere – in a PDF or on your website. Upload it or have your site read out, instead of entering everything by hand.
- Upload a PDF: the AI breaks the document down into individual knowledge entries and notes which file and which pages each entry comes from.
- Read out a website: CyroBot finds the subpages itself – via your sitemap or by following the links.
- You choose which pages are taken over. Translated versions of the same page are detected and deselected automatically.
- Nothing enters the knowledge base unchecked: every suggestion can be read, edited or discarded before it is accepted.
Knowledge base with a rich text editor
Record and maintain your knowledge in a comfortable editor with headings and formatting – with no technical know-how at all.
- Create, edit and delete entries – directly in the dashboard.
- Automatic indexing after every save, with a visible status per entry.
- Changes take effect in the chat immediately – without a deployment.
Your tone, not a robot's
Informal or formal, concise or detailed: you determine how CyroBot talks to your visitors – without writing a single line of prompt.
- Choose an informal or formal form of address and set the answer length to short, normal or detailed.
- Describe a role of your own – for instance «friendly receptionist» – and the bot sticks to it.
- Word the greeting, the window title and the input placeholder yourself.
- Offer up to five opening questions as suggestions, so visitors are not left facing an empty field.
Embedding with a single line of code
One script tag, one HTML element – done. The chat runs as an isolated web component on any website, without disturbing your design.
- Web component with a shadow DOM: no style conflicts with your page.
- Works independently of technology – whether CMS, shop or web app.
- Installed once, never touched again: you change colours, texts and opening questions in the dashboard, and the change takes effect immediately.
- Instead of the chat button you can also open the chat from a button of your own.
A design in your colours
Adapt the widget to your brand: colours, position and icon are freely configurable per bot – with a live preview in the dashboard.
- The primary colour is freely selectable and the contrast colour is calculated automatically; the title and icon colour can be fine-tuned on top of that.
- Chat button at the bottom right or bottom left, with one of six icons.
- CSS variables are available for the finishing touches – a dark mode, for example.
- Your own title in the chat window – e.g. the name of your product.
Statistics & feedback
See what your visitors ask and how satisfied they are with the answers – and spot the gaps in your knowledge base.
- Sessions and questions of the last 30 days in a clear chart.
- Thumbs up or down on every answer, analysed per knowledge entry – negatively rated items first.
- Unanswered questions show which content is still missing – and for each one you can open the matching conversation.
- And if you want to know why an answer failed to appear: the diagnostics show which text passages were found and how well they matched the question.
Answers in real time
The bot writes its answer word by word as it is created – your visitors do not wait for a loading bar.

When the bot does not know the answer
Not having an answer is no disaster – as long as the conversation does not end there. CyroBot passes the thread on to you instead of leaving the visitor standing.
- You define what the bot should say when it finds nothing suitable.
- Right in the chat the visitor can write you a message instead – without leaving the page.
- The enquiry reaches you by e-mail; your address is never delivered to the browser.
Test first, then go live
Try out your bot in the dashboard before anyone gets to see it – with the same knowledge and the same answers as later on your website.
- The test chat additionally shows which knowledge entries an answer comes from.
- Test conversations are not stored and do not distort your statistics.
- Testing also works while the bot is switched off – one click turns it on or off, with a notice text of your own for visitors.
Several bots, cleanly separated
Operate as many bots as you like – per product or per website, for instance – each with its own knowledge base, its own design and its own statistics.
- Every bot has its own access code; data belonging to other bots remains unreachable.
- You define on which websites a bot may run – anywhere else it refuses to answer.
- Visitors chat anonymously – without an account and without signing in.
- Bots can be archived while the chat history is kept for analysis.
